Hon. Nyombi Thembo, Minister of State for Information and CommunicationsTechnologies (ICTs) Uganda gives an award of appreciation to Prof. John S. Nkoma for having served as a Founding Executive Committee Member of the East African Communications Organization (EACO) and “Eleven years of excellent service and development with Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority!(TCRA)” as Director General, from 2004 to June 2015. The award was presented to Prof. Nkoma during the 21st EACO Congress and Assemblies held in recently Kampala, Uganda.
