Commonwealth Secretary General Donald Mckinnon, invited guest Rwandan President Paul Kagame, Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni and Dr Mohan Kaul, director general of the Commonwealth Business Council, attend the opening ceremony of the Commonwealth Business Forum (CBF) 2007 in Kampala, capital of Uganda, Nov. 20, 2007. The three-day forum attended by over 1000 delegates from more than 40 commonwealth member states, opened here on Tuesday. The theme of the forum is "The Commonwealth: The Untapped Potential".
