Kindly note BOT has issued circular recently to commercial Banks, the circular requires clients to update particulars of their accounts.
The forms for updation of customers information can be found in CRDB Bank’s website under resources centre. The dully filled forms can be mailed in a scanned format to customer-hotline@crdbbank.com or send directly to respective branch before 14/03/2012.
I look foward to receiving maximum cooperation and timely filling of the forms.
NB; I have attached the Customer KYC Update Forms with this email and please you may share this information with other Tanzanians.
